Trading The US Dollar

Currency markets have grown vastly over the last several years, and this has led to increased speculation activity in the US Dollar.  The greenback is the world’s reserve currency and when we are dealing with forex trades in binary options, some of the most commonly traded assets involve the US Dollar.  Bullish factors for the Dollar tend to include situations that could lead markets to expect higher interest rates from the Federal Reserve.  Situations that will likely lead to lower interest rates (i.e. deflation) tend to cause the US Dollar to drop in value.
